The current website User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design are not user-friendly, resulting in a poor user experience. The landing page lacks essential  user experience behaviour expected. The website outdated design and lack of crucial features are preventing users from utilising it effectively. Thus, there is a need to redesign the UI/UX of the landing page to make it more user-friendly, efficient, and useful to the users.

Conducted a quick digital survey with targeted audiences and professionals via LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

In addition to user interviews, we conducted a quantitative research study to gather numerical data about users' preferences and behaviour. This involved a survey sent to a large number of user across middle east demographics. The data collected from this study provided us with valuable insights into the target audience's needs and expectations, which informed our design decisions for the site. Our quantitative research helped us identify patterns and trends in users' behavior, which allowed us to design features that catered to their specific needs.

The Solar Planting Software Tool is a state-of-the-art application designed to optimize the planning, installation, and management of solar energy systems. This tool leverages advanced algorithms and geographic information system (GIS) data to provide comprehensive solutions for solar plant design, ensuring maximum efficiency and energy output.

Utilizes GIS data to evaluate potential sites based on solar irradiance, topography, and shading analysis.

Identifies optimal locations for solar panel installation to maximize energy production.

Enables users to create detailed designs of solar power systems, including the layout of solar panels, inverters, and other components.

Simulates energy production based on historical weather data and site conditions to predict performance.

The workshop kicks off with rough drawings and card slots to brainstorm and visualize key features of the software. Participants are divided into groups, each tasked with sketching out user interfaces, workflows, and system components. The card slot method is employed to organize ideas, prioritize features, and identify potential user interactions.

Throughout the workshop, team members engage in lively discussions, offering feedback and refining their designs. This hands-on approach helps in uncovering user needs, technical constraints, and design opportunities. By the end of the session, a comprehensive and cohesive plan for the Solar CRM software emerges, ready to be translated into a functional and user-friendly product.
